We offer a seamless return process for all Rabanne purchases within 14 days of delivery, provided items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all security tags attached. Please note that personalized items and sealed beauty products that have been opened are not eligible for return.

Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the pre-paid return label is securely attached to the outside.
Dispatch the Return
Schedule a complimentary courier collection through our portal or drop off your parcel at any authorized collection point listed in your return instructions.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and verifies the condition of your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
